Privacy Notice
Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to Aura Mirror, a service operated by Noir Mirror Studio. Aura helps you make styling decisions using your personal style, wardrobe, occasion context, and optional visual outfit previews.
Aura Mirror is currently available through limited early access. Some features may change, pause, or remain unavailable while the service develops.
Information We Collect
- Account, login, profile, and household profile information.
- Style preferences, onboarding answers, wardrobe context, and outfit context.
- Uploaded wardrobe, Vault, garment, and primary photo content.
- Information about photo sessions used for Studio Preview and Studio Twin features.
- Generated Studio Preview outputs and records needed to provide those features.
- Optional movement-preview outputs and the limited job information needed to deliver them.
- Subscription, render-credit, and AI-session balance records.
- Product feedback, device or browser context, recent errors, IP address, and user agent where available.
- Records of the notices and consents you accept.
Why We Use Information
Noir Mirror Studio uses personal information to create and secure accounts, maintain household profiles, generate styling recommendations, create user-requested Studio Preview outputs, preserve selected primary photo and Studio Twin state, process wardrobe and garment uploads, enforce consent and guardian rules, enforce credit and AI-session limits, troubleshoot service issues, and respond to access, correction, deletion, and support requests.
Photo And Twin Processing
Photo-based preview and Studio Twin features require explicit Photo & Twin Consent. If consent is missing, expires, or is withdrawn, Aura Mirror will not continue the related photo processing or make those protected features available until the required consent is restored.
Aura is a visual styling aid, not a body-measurement or guaranteed-fit service.
Upload Metrics And Product Improvement
Aura may record limited operational upload information such as the selected source, file type, size and dimension ranges, processing time, and whether an upload succeeded or failed. These metrics do not include image bytes, generated images, biometric templates, or private feedback notes. They are used to improve reliability and are normally removed after 90 days.
Children And Household Profiles
Aura Mirror is intended for adult account holders. Household-profile functionality may change as the service develops. If child profiles are later enabled, they must remain guardian-managed and require the child household notice together with Photo & Twin Consent for photo-based features.
Service Providers And Cross-Border Processing
Aura Mirror may use third-party service providers to operate the service, including OpenAI for styling and reasoning tasks, FASHN for virtual try-on rendering, and database, hosting, storage, support, and monitoring providers.
Personal information may be processed outside Ontario or Canada. Under PIPEDA, Noir Mirror Studio remains accountable for personal information transferred to service providers for processing and must use contractual or other reasonable safeguards.
Retention And Deletion
Aura Mirror keeps personal information only as long as needed for product operation, consent history, legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, safety, or user-requested history. Current deletion controls include account deletion, profile deletion, primary photo deletion, Photo & Twin Consent revocation scrub, Archive item deletion, Saved Library deletion, Vault item deletion, Vault intake cleanup, and retention sweeps for expired asset records.
User Choices And Requests
Users may request access, correction, deletion, consent revocation, support review, and information about service provider processing. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or audit reasons.
Security
Noir Mirror Studio uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No online service can promise perfect security, so users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Cookies And Analytics
Aura Mirror uses essential technical storage needed for secure sessions, consent choices, and requested features. If optional analytics are introduced, the applicable notice and choices will be presented where required by law.

Questions, access or deletion requests, and privacy complaints should first be sent to auraatelier.help@gmail.com. Noir Mirror Studio will review the request and explain any applicable escalation or oversight route.
